Summary

Exchanger has no accounts, never asks for your name, email, phone number or location, and does not sell or share data for advertising.

Data stored on your device

Your settings (selected currencies, amounts, theme, rate method) and the most recently downloaded rates are stored only on your device so the app is fast and works offline.

Anonymous analytics

We use PostHog (EU servers) to understand which features are used, such as changing the currency pair, rate method or theme. Events are tied to a random anonymous identifier generated by the app and are not linked to your identity. We do not use the advertising identifier (IDFA) and do not track you across other apps or websites.

Rate sources

To fetch rates, the app calls public APIs: Monobank, the National Bank of Ukraine and fawazahmed0/exchange-api. These requests contain no personal data; like any network request, they expose your IP address to that service.

Children

The app does not knowingly collect any data from children.
